Bulgarian stakeholders join forces for safer digital work

In Bulgaria, a seminar is organised to examine the impact of digitalisation and technology on occupational safety and health (OSH) bringing together representatives from national institutions, social partners, academia, OSH and human resources professionals and companies to exchange knowledge on regulatory, organisational and psychosocial dimensions of work in the digital age.

Discussions aim to discuss the outcomes of the latest Healthy Workplaces Campaign and examine legislative and policy measures designed to protect workers' rights and safety. Special attention will be paid to the challenges posed by artificial intelligence, algorithmic management and digital stress, along with strategies for health and safety prevention and management.

Participants will also look at concrete examples from Bulgarian enterprises that combine innovation with safe working conditions.
