A conference taking place in Poland during European Week for Safety and Health at Work focuses on the skills needed to succeed in a world of work that is constantly evolving due to digitalisation. Its aim is to provide practical approaches for adapting to the demands of the digital age while supporting both occupational safety and health (OSH) and organisational growth.

Hosted by our Polish focal point, Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy,  the event highlights the importance of lifelong learning, with sessions on digital competences and reskilling and upskilling as responses to automation, as well as on artificial intelligence and the use of tech tools in everyday work.

Participants are also introduced to strategies for managing remote teams and to the growing relevance of soft skills such as emotional intelligence, along with the importance of mental health in this context.
