The integration of digitalisation into the workplace presents mutiple opportunities for workers and companies, but also challenges. To address these issues applied to the Croatian landscape, an event has been organised by our national focal point Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike.

The session will feature lectures delivered by experts on digitalisation about its implications for occupational safety and health (OSH) in different sectors and types of workplaces. A panel discussion will follow, facilitating an exchange of perspectives between the participants, from small, medium and large company representatives to academics and researchers, OSH experts and policy-makers.
