Digitalisation, innovation and workplace wellbeing: conference in Vienna
An event hosted by our focal point Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Wirtschaft will unite speakers and participants from across Austria and other German-speaking countries to address current challenges in the workplace brought about by digitalisation.
The sessions will explore work-life balance dynamics in flexible work environments and healthy leadership in the digital age, important topics as workplaces evolve to accommodate new ways of working.
Participants will also learn about a tool for workplace evaluations, developed collaboratively by the Central Labour Inspectorate and professional psychology associations. This 'matrix' addresses psychological health considerations in the workplace, providing structured guidance for improving risk assessments. Attendees will then participate in industry-specific workshops to explore its practical applications.
Another focus of the event will be the psychological dimensions of digitalisation, offering an in-depth exploration of how technology intersects with mental health in the workplace.
