Rhsaludable, EU-OSHA media partner based in Spain, recently published an interview with the European Network of Safety and Health Professional Organisations (ENSHPO), an Official Campaign Partner of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign (HWC) 2023-25 'Safe and healthy work in the digital age'.

The interview was conducted following the Healthy Workplaces Summit 2025 and features insights from Mireya Rifá Fabregat, committee member and former president of ENSHPO, on the role of OSH professionals in shaping safe, inclusive and sustainable digital workplaces. As an Official Campaign Partner, ENSHPO plays a key role in amplifying the message of safety and health in digital workplaces and supporting the campaign implementation at national and sectoral level across Europe.

In the conversation, the ENSHPO representative highlights that the way digital work is designed today will determine whether future generations have access to healthy jobs or face environments marked by strain and inequality. She emphasises the importance of a human-centred approach to digitalisation, underlining the need to integrate prevention, worker participation and ethical considerations into the deployment of digital tools, including AI-based systems. The interview also reflects on how occupational safety and health professionals can act as drivers of change by promoting skills, awareness and prevention-oriented leadership in increasingly digitalised work environments.

To further enrich the conversation on digitalisation and occupational safety and health, other media outlets across Europe have recently interviewed EU-OSHA representatives. These include interviews with William Cockburn, Executive Director of EU-OSHA, published by Business Weekly (Italy), HSE+ (Italy) on the outcomes and future perspectives of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign, and Safety Focus (Italy), which explored key OSH challenges of the digital transition with EU-OSHA experts. Together, these contributions help strengthen the visibility and impact of the campaign across different audiences and Member States.
