Fighting cyberbullying at work in Poland
Digitalisation at work brings significant opportunities, but also risks like job insecurity, surveillance, overreliance and others less often discussed such as cyberbullying. It affects not only workers’ mental and emotional health, but also overall workplace culture and productivity.
An event in Poland organised by our focal point Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy will explore the psychological, legal and practical consequences of cyberbullying. The aim is to equip participants with the tools needed to understand, address and prevent it.
Additionally, the latest CIOP-PIB report will be presented, featuring for the first time findings on the current state of cyberbullying in Polish workplaces, and offering insights into emerging trends and patterns.
Speakers:
- Agnieszka Szczygielska, Dyrektorka CIOP-PIB
- Dr Magdalena Warszawska-Makuch, CIOP-PIB
- Dr Barbara Godlewska-Bujok, Warsaw University
- Dr hab. inż. Łukasz Tomczyk, prof. UJ, Instytut Pedagogiki Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego
