Smart digital systems for safer and healthier workplaces: webinar in Portugal

On 21 October, a webinar is organised in Portugal to examine how smart digital systems are transforming occupational safety and health (OSH) in the age of Industry 4.0. 

The event is hosted by Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho, our focal point in Portugal, and focuses on how smart digital systems, combining artificial intelligence, automation, the Internet of Things, robotics and advanced analytics, can improve risk assessment, prevention and control in the workplace.

Experts from academia and industry explore practical applications of digital innovation, as well as discussing challenges, such as data ethics and workforce training and share examples of successful integration in industrial settings.

The webinar is organised in the context of European Week for Safety and Health at Work.
