Summary - Digital technologies at work and psychosocial risks: evidence and implications for occupational safety and health

The growing use of digital technologies at work poses various risks to workers’ mental health and wellbeing. From an occupational safety and health perspective, it is important to identify and prevent such risks by developing practical interventions and policy. 

This report presents findings from extensive EU-OSHA research on the topic. It outlines specific psychosocial risks associated with five main types of technology: and for the of tasks, , digital labour platforms, remote working technologies and artificial intelligence for worker management.
