This is particularly relevant for the OSH world as the twin transition, which has begun to gain more attention at the European scale, significantly impacts health and safety at work. We must continue to address these emerging realities and learn how to adapt in order to ensure safe and healthy workplaces. In this context, comes the 9th EUROSHNET conference which will take place from the 27th to the 28th of May 2026 in Helsinki, Finland. The conference will be centred around the theme “Digital and green innovations: Shaping the future of OSH”.  Across two days, experts from across Europe will gather to explore how standardization, testing and certification should respond to these emerging realities from an OSH perspective. The conference will feature a range of timely, and thought-provoking discussions, including on how to balance worker protection and climate change mitigation through sustainable products and new requirements. The safe use of digital technologies for workplace safety will also be discussed.
