Campaign Summary
The campaign raised awareness of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and the need to manage them and promote a culture of risk prevention.
The campaign was structured around eight priority areas, each covering a specific topic related to MSDs: Prevention, Facts & figures, Chronic conditions, Sedentary work, Worker diversity, Future generations, Psychosocial risks and Telework.
The national focal points, official campaign partners, the EEN network and SLIC were key drivers, organising well-attended events and activities and distributing campaign publications and materials to all 27 EU Member States and beyond.
Campaign highlights included the annual European Weeks for Safety and Health at Work, the 15th Good Practice Awards competition, good practice exchange events at both the national and EU level and finally the Healthy Workplaces Summit.
