Exclusive AI Policy Roundtable

As artificial intelligence is evolving at lightning speed and digital labour platforms proliferate, the boundary between human and machine finds itself getting blurrier by the day.

As it becomes increasingly important to reflect on these emerging challenges, Reshaping Work will hold its 2025 conference under the theme 'AI, platforms, and the Future of Work'. The conference will last from the 10th to the 11th of September 2025, the first day will take place virtually and the second day will continue in Brussels.

Over the course of two days, policymakers, industry leaders, worker representatives, scholars and researchers will discuss the complex interplay between AI, digital platforms, and the future of work. They will also explore its impacts on economic activity, job quality, and social equity. The program includes panels and roundtables aimed at developing concrete policy pathways and regulatory frameworks to support a smoother and more equitable transition with technology in OSH.

EU-OSHA's Brussels Liaison Manager, Bogdan Deleanu, will play an active role in the second day of the conference and bring his expertise to the discussion.
