Movement Matters: Preventing Pain in Sedentary Workplaces

Joint webinar by EFIC and the Europe Region of World Physiotherapy

With sedentary work on the rise, physical inactivity has become a major risk factor for musculoskeletal pain.

This webinar, hosted by the European Pain Federation EFIC and the Europe Region of World Physiotherapy, explores the role of movement in preventing and managing pain in office workers and remote employees.

EFIC will introduce the On the Move campaign, which highlights the benefits of physical activity in pain prevention and treatment.

The Europe Region of World Physiotherapy will present the Move at Work campaign, focused on promoting movement at work in order to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and mental health problems.
