Mainstreaming occupational safety in the digital age in Czech schools

EU-OSHA's focal point in Czechia, Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí, in collaboration with the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, is organising a seminar aimed at occupational safety and health (OSH) experts working in both industry and educational institutions.

The seminar will offer presentations on how to integrate OSH principles into school curricula and vocational training programmes. These sessions will explore best practices, regulatory requirements and innovative educational approaches designed to raise safety awareness among future workers.  

The event will also address how digitalisation and technology are transforming workplace risks. Topics will include the challenges and opportunities introduced by automation, robotics, artificial intelligence and data-driven systems, along with strategies for adapting existing OSH frameworks to meet these new demands.
