An upcoming event invites participants to reflect on how society is coping with the changes brought about by digitalisation and artificial intelligence in the modern world of work.

At the heart of the event is the screening of Boolean Vivarium, one of the winners of the Healthy Workplaces Film Award 2024. The film questions what it means to be human in a world increasingly shaped by algorithmic decision-making and new forms of work.

Hosted by our Romanian focal point, Institutul Naţional de Cercetare - Dezvoltare pentru Protecţia Muncii ''Alexandru Darabont'' - INCDPM, București, an open debate will invite members of its network, social partners and other occupational safety and health professionals to identify concrete solutions to protect mental health in the digital age and promote healthier workplaces.
