Digitalisation in human resources: Enhancing recruitment through technology

An upcoming webinar is set to discuss the impact of digitalisation within the human resources (HR) sector and explore how digital advancements contribute to the efficiency of the sector. By gathering experts from diverse fields, the organisers intend to shed light on the evolving role of digital tools in shaping the HR landscape.

As part of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign and hosted by our Romanian focal point, Institutul Naţional de Cercetare - Dezvoltare pentru Protecţia Muncii ''Alexandru Darabont'' - INCDPM, București, this national-level event aligns with ongoing efforts to modernise recruitment and workforce management processes. Representatives from key sectors, including healthcare and public employment agencies, will discuss best practices, share insights and present case studies from their respective fields.

The webinar will be highly interactive, encouraging active participation from attendees. The interactive format not only supports knowledge-sharing but also promotes a collective effort towards adopting innovative methods in HR management.

A significant focus of the discussion will be on the psychological aspects of recruitment and selection processes. Understanding these nuances is crucial for adapting recruitment strategies in a manner that ensures fair and effective evaluation of candidates. Another key objective is to identify the core competencies and skills required by recruiters to navigate an increasingly digitalised environment.

Beyond recruitment, the webinar will also address strategies to ensure workforce stability and motivation, contributing to long-term employee engagement and retention.
