Rethinking safety and health for remote and hybrid teams in Bulgaria

What are the responsibilities of management in remote teams? What impact does this setting have on work-life balance and workers’ mental health? How to stay productive outside traditional working environments?

A seminar hosted by our Bulgarian focal point, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (Bulgaria), tries to answer these questions by exploring occupational safety and health (OSH) in the digital age with an emphasis on the evolving realities of remote and hybrid work.

Participants are introduced to examples of good practice that support OSH strategies in digital workplaces. Legal, organisational and human factors are discussed in a comprehensive way, helping companies align safety measures with workers’ rights and business goals.

By focusing on real challenges and solutions, the seminar supports efforts to adapt OSH systems to new forms of work while promoting a sustainable digital working culture.
