The Swedish Work Environment Authority has developed a mobile application which enables you to assess the light at your workplace. The app includes nine different types of workplaces, such as offices, workshops and storage facilities. The rationale behind it is that poor lighting at work, such as low brightness or glare, affects well-being and ability to work. This can lead to working in awkward positions and can make workers tired and irritated.
