Making work good for your mental health in Finland
Our Finnish focal point, Työterveyslaitos, is exploring how work can become the best thing you do for your at an upcoming webinar.
The focus is on practical tools: speakers present a free toolkit, useful to assess how meaningful work is across an organisation, as well as surveys and workshops on job resources and factors. A representative from a company explains how the organisation makes wellbeing part of its strategy, before a panel discussion closes the morning.
The webinar is aimed at managers, human resources and occupational safety and health professionals, workers’ representatives and occupational healthcare staff.
This event, part of European Week for Safety and Health at Work, also serves to launch the Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-28 in Finland.
