EU-OSHA’s focal point in Greece, the Hellenic Ministry of Labour and Social Security, is bringing the Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-28 closer to people in Messinia and Lakonia.

The session opens with a review of current EU action on psychosocial risks and A state of well-being in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. at work. The Ministry then shares figures from recent surveys, including the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) and OSH Pulse, and the picture they give for Greece.

In the second part, local voices take over: representatives from a hotel explain how they handle psychosocial risks with their staff, and an occupational physician describes the main challenges that healthcare workers face in this area and how they can be supported.

Speakers also present a few practical materials, including a guide on violence and harassment at work and the OiRA tools available for Greece. Napo films are also shown.
