Spain: a gender and diversity sensitive approach to psychosocial risk prevention

High exposure to psychosocial risks among vulnerable groups of workers has driven several initiatives integrating gender and workforce diversity into prevention in Spain.

The publication brings together examples from national and regional-level public authorities, trade unions and collective bargaining that show how guidance, protocols, tools and risk assessment address and harassment, work-life balance, and support more inclusive occupational safety and health practices.
