EU-OSHA’s OSH Barometer data visualisation tool now includes new figures on the topics of psychosocial risks and digitalisation risks, drawn from our recent OSH Pulse Survey 2025 (data from the OSH Pulse 2022 are also included).

Discover worker-reported trends on time pressure, poor communication, job insecurity and more. See how these challenges are addressed through awareness raising campaigns, training, and counselling in different EU countries. Explore how digitalisation is shaping psychosocial risk factors such as workload and autonomy, and learn how technologies such as smartphones or sensors are being used in workplaces throughout Europe.

The OSH Barometer provides an interactive, EU-wide overview of occupational safety and health indicators, trends, and statistics based on reliable data sources like EU bodies and agencies, Eurostat, national authorities, international organisations and surveys.
