Seminar explores the impact of AI and digitalisation on Portuguese workplaces
As workplaces undergo profound changes driven by technologies like ( ), robotics, digital platforms, algorithmic surveillance and smart management systems, the need for a strategic approach to worker safety has never been greater.
An upcoming seminar in Lisbon will examine the impact of digitalisation on occupational safety and health (OSH). Hosted by our focal point, the Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho, the seminar will serve as a platform for knowledge exchange, technical discussions and the development of collaborative strategies to ensure fair working conditions in this evolving landscape.
This event is organised in the context of World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2025, which the International Labour Organization (ILO) has dedicated to the impacts of digitalisation and on workers’ safety and health.
