The nature of work is continually evolving, shaped by technological advancements, shifting societal values, and changing organisational needs. As work transforms, it prompts important reflections on the role of society in defining how, where, and why we work. These ongoing changes present both challenges and opportunities, influencing not only individual workplaces but the broader world of work.

In this context, the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology (EAWOP) will host the 22nd edition of its annual Congress, taking place from 21 to 24 May 2025 in Prague, Czech Republic. This year’s Congress will focus on the transformation of workplaces and explore how organisations and professionals can respond to and shape these developments.

The event will bring together participants from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds, including academics, organisational psychologists, and HR professionals. Over the course of four days, attendees will engage in keynote speeches, workshops, state-of-the-art presentations, and discussions designed to promote knowledge exchange and professional development.

New to this year’s programme is a 5km Congress Run, offering a unique networking opportunity in a relaxed and informal setting.
