Who we are
Tartu Applied Health Sciences University is an Estonian professional higher education institution managed by the Ministry of Education and Research. Its core mission is to provide internationally recognized healthcare and social service education while influencing public health behavior and fostering a healthy living environment. The organization offers 15 diverse study programs across vocational training, applied higher education, and Master’s levels in fields such as nursing, midwifery, and physiotherapy. Beyond teaching, the college is actively involved in applied research and development projects to advance professional fields and support lifelong learning. Furthermore, it serves the community by providing various health-related services, including professional training, massage, and specialized consultations
Our contribution
As a lecturer at Tartu Applied Health Sciences University and the Estonian OSHVET Ambassador. My role is to coordinate OSH awareness and provide teachers and students with practical safety and health resources. For the European Healthy Workplaces Campaign on Mental Health at Work, I will share key information and tools using digital communication. I will utilize the university's web platforms and social media to distribute campaign materials on psychosocial risks. My goal is to ensure that mental health resources are easily accessible and integrated into our institutional culture.
