European Week in Croatia: Tackling stress at work across sectors

Employers, occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals, human resources specialists, occupational physicians, psychologists and policymakers meet in Zagreb to address different aspects of mental health at work.

Among the discussions, speakers present the new ‘Together for mental health at work’ campaign, explore the relation between psychosocial risks and musculoskeletal disorders and give tips on how to recognise and address workplace bullying or mobbing.

Specialist speakers also take a look at how stress manifests and becomes burnout, and how to prevent it in different sectors, including nursing and police officers. Representatives from companies also offer practical ideas for looking after their staff’s mental health.

This event is hosted by our Croatian focal point, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike and is part of the European Week for Safety and Health at Work.
