Finnish central labor market organizations have a shared position on the use of artificial intelligence in workplaces
Finnish central labor market organizations, such as the Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK) and the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), have published a shared position on utilizing

) in workplaces. The goal is to promote both productivity and employee well-being through the use of AI.
In the eight-point priority list aimed at decision-makers in Finland and Europe, the following are emphasized:
– Having clear and coherent rules for the digital and data economy
– Providing ethical standards and recommendations for safe and responsible
use
– Providing funding and investment for
projects
– Promoting cooperation between stakeholders in
development and end-user companies, research and public sectors
– Protecting workers' rights, and human rights in general
– Supporting effective and consistent implementation of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
– Promoting dialogue between labor market partners
– Finding together ways to more balanced discussion on
