One third of EU workers are exposed to climate change-related risks ─ such as extreme heat, extreme weather events or poor air quality, according to EU-OSHA’s latest OSH Pulse 2025 survey.
In the same survey, 37% report overall fatigue, and 29% say they experience stress, depression or anxiety; 44% cite severe workload pressures. OSH Pulse 2025 also addresses digital technologies and the associated risks for worker safety and health.
New infographics on climate change, psychosocial risks and mental health, and digitalisation give a quick overview on the main findings.
