Sharing safety and health knowledge about hybrid workplaces in Norway
Many organisations are adopting hybrid working, which combines the the flexibility of with the structure of traditional office environments. Recognising the need to address the implications of this shift to workers’ occupational safety and health (OSH), EU-OSHA’s Norwegian focal point Arbeidstilsynet/The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority has organised a seminar on the topic.
This hybrid event aims at equipping participants, primarily company managers and OSH professionals, with up-to-date knowledge and practical tools to seize the opportunities and tackle the challenges presented by hybrid work. They will receive comprehensive information on current trends, the dynamics of this type of workforce, technological advancements and the changing nature of workplace interactions, as well as preventive measures.
Experts will share strategies for maintaining productivity, fostering employee engagement and ensuring wellbeing. Practical sessions will illustrate how these strategies can be implemented effectively within organisations. In addition, the attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, discuss challenges and explore collaborative solutions.
