Seminar explores the impact of digitalisation on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) installations in Cyprus

A seminar on liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) installations hosted by our focal point in Cyprus Department of Labour Inspection, Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance in collaboration with the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Cyprus is taking place soon. The event will serve as a platform for stakeholders to explore the intersection of digitalisation and occupational safety and health (OSH) within the context of LPG facilities.

A central theme of discussion will be the impact of digitalisation on OSH practices within these installations. By exploring how emerging technologies can improve safety protocols, participants will learn about the potential of innovation for risk prevention, assessment and management. A comprehensive overview of the legal framework for LPG installations and the existing codes of practice will also be shared.

The attendees, representatives from the Enterprise Europe Network Cyprus and the Department of Labour Inspection of the Cypriot Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, will also hear about EU-OSHA's Healthy Workplaces Campaign on digitalisation.
