Promoting mental health in digitalised workplaces
An event hosted by our Estonian focal point, Labour Inspectorate of Estonia (Tööinspektsioon), focuses on exploring methods to protect mental health at work by raising awareness of psychosocial risks and other factors like workplace bullying, stress and deteriorating work climate, while addressing how digitalisation and (AI) influence motivation, control and meaning at work.
Participants gain access to prevention tools, such as transparent AI governance models and communication strategies, alongside sector-specific insights from research, labour inspections and real company experiences.
