The Greek OSH community gathers to discuss ‘Safe and healthy work in the digital age’

‘Safe and healthy work in the digital age’ is making great strides!

In Greece, our focal point Hellenic Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs is launching the newest edition of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign with an event that will shed light on its content, objectives and priority areas.

New ways of working, such as and remote and hybrid work, will be explored, along with the application of to the field of occupational safety and health (OSH). A particular emphasis will be placed on the psychosocial and ergonomic risks associated to digital technologies at work as well as on the potential and challenges of worker management through .

The focal point and representatives from Greece’s social partners will present their positions and commitments to ensure that the campaign reaches all sectors and regions.

The seminar will serve as a meeting point for the entire OSH community in Greece. Employers and workers, OSH professionals, occupational doctors, members of the Greek Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and other national OSHVET and OSH networks, academics, teaching staff and students will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with one another and the speakers and share best practices.

AI-based systems can be purely software-based, acting in the virtual world (e.g. voice assistants, image analysis software, search engines, speech and face recognition systems) or AI can be embedded in hardware devices (e.g. advanced robots, autonomous cars, drones or Internet of things applications). .
