Future-ready safety: AI, innovation and wellbeing in the workplace

An upcoming conference for professionals interested in the future of workplace safety and innovative solutions is taking place soon in Oświęcim.

This two-day gathering hosted by our Polish focal point Centralny Instytut Ochrony Pracy - Państwowy Instytut Badawczy will explore the competencies needed for the future workforce and how can serve as a cornerstone in establishing solid organisational safety.

There will be presentations on cutting-edge developments in personal protective equipment (PPE). The focus here will be on recent innovations that ensure not only compliance with safety and health standards but also prioritise user comfort and adaptability.

In addition, the topic of circular lighting will be introduced as an emerging solution designed to improve the wellbeing and unique needs of employees who work non-traditional hours, offering a solution to manage and reduce the health impacts of disrupted sleep cycles.

An important highlight of the conference will be the showcase of the three award-winning solutions from the national Good Practices Competition and presentation of diplomas to the participants in the presence of a high-profile government official from the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy.
