A focus on digital transformation and legislative updates in Czechia

As digital technologies are increasingly implemented in the workplace, legislation must be adapted accordingly. Occupational safety and health (OSH) specialists, employers and representatives from the business sector will meet at an upcoming seminar in Prague examining the regulations governing OSH matters in the Czech labour code.

A special emphasis will be placed on digitalisation at work and the evolving roles of and virtual reality. In this context, EU-OSHA's 'Safe and healthy work in the digital age’ campaign will be presented.

The impact of digital technologies in the workplace, including its opportunities and challenges, will be detailed by expert speakers from national authorities, employers’ organisations, representatives from the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) in Czechia and tech companies.

This event, organised by our Czech focal point Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí, is a part of European Week for Safety and Health at Work 2024!
