Film screening in Spain: Harassment, automation and the future of OSH

In Oviedo, Spain, our focal point Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo and the Asturian Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (IAPRL) are jointly hosting a film screening and panel discussion centred around two important themes in today’s world of work: harassment and the growing impact of .

The first film, Thin-skinned, explores workplace harassment and discrimination, along with their consequences. The second documentary, Human, Not Human, received a special mention by the jury at the 2023 Healthy Workplaces Film Awards and examines the societal and labour-related impacts of and digitalisation.

A panel discussion on the films will bring together a diverse range of voices, including the director of Human, Not Human, experts in occupational safety and health and representatives from trade unions. They will address emerging risks at work, particularly those related to digitalisation.
