Exploring the human impact of workplace digitalisation in Belgium
In the evolving landscape of workplace digitalisation, the intersection of technology and work presents interesting opportunities, but also challenges that need to be tackled.
In this context, our Belgian focal point SPF Emploi, Travail et Concertation Sociale – FOD Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg is hosting a webinar discussing legal frameworks promoting a human-centred approach to digitalisation at work. The session will shed light on Belgian and EU legislation governing digital technologies in the workplace, from data privacy to
protocols.
Worker and employer representatives, OSH professionals and organisations, public authorities and human resources professionals will consider the human impact and potential effects of digitalisation on the workforce. Practical case studies will also be featured as part of the discussion.
