As it becomes increasingly important to reflect on these emerging challenges, Reshaping Work will hold its 2025 conference under the theme ' AI refers to systems that display intelligent behaviour by analysing their environment and taking actions – with some degree of autonomy – to achieve specific goals. AI-based systems can be purely software-based, acting in the virtual world (e.g. voice assistants, image analysis software, search engines, speech and face recognition systems) or AI can be embedded in hardware devices (e.g. advanced robots, autonomous cars, drones or Internet of things applications). , platforms, and the Future of Work'. The conference will last from the 10th to the 11th of September 2025, the first day will take place virtually and the second day will continue in Brussels.

Over the course of two days, policymakers, industry leaders, worker representatives, scholars and researchers will discuss the complex interplay between AI refers to systems that display intelligent behaviour by analysing their environment and taking actions – with some degree of autonomy – to achieve specific goals. The program includes panels and roundtables aimed at developing concrete policy pathways and regulatory frameworks to support a smoother and more equitable transition with technology in OSH. 

EU-OSHA's Brussels Liaison Manager, Bogdan Deleanu, will play an active role in the second day of the conference and bring his expertise to the discussion.
