European Week arrives to Zagreb with an event on digital workplace safety

In celebration of European Week for Safety and Health at Work, an event focusing on addressing the evolving challenges that digitalisation brings to modern workplaces is taking place in Zagreb.

As technological advancements continue to reshape the way we work, this event hosted by our focal point, Ministarstvo rada, mirovinskoga sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike, will provide a platform for professionals, institutions, companies and representatives from various ministries to explore how these changes impact safety and health in the workplace.

The event’s program aims to facilitate in-depth discussions on digitalisation, specifically its influence on different industries and the adjustments required to ensure that workplaces remain safe and efficient. From to (AI), digital solutions are increasingly transforming how tasks are performed, and this event will offer insights into how organisations can effectively integrate these technologies into their operations while prioritising worker wellbeing.

One of the event’s highlights will be case studies presented by companies that have successfully integrated digital technologies into their work processes. Among the key topics to be discussed are the use of exoskeletons to assist workers with heavy lifting, technologies that enhance efficiency and health, modern firefighting solutions that leverage digital advancements and the growing application of to improve workplace safety protocols.

Additionally, the concept of digital safety integration will be explored, illustrating how connected systems can create a more proactive and responsive safety environment.
