Discussing challenges and opportunities of workplace digitalisation and the critical role of skills in Luxembourg

This upcoming event in Luxembourg will bring together key players in the business world to raise awareness about the challenges and opportunities related to digitalisation at work. With a strong focus on improving knowledge and sharing insights on the evolving landscape of digital technologies, the activity will bring together business leaders, human resources experts, occupational safety and health (OSH) officers and specialised physicians.

Two keynote speakers will introduce the theme focusing on digitalisation and skills. These opening remarks will highlight the importance of and to ensure that workers are ready for the future. The central part of the conference will be a discussion featuring representatives from the government, employers and employees to have a balanced exchange of views where each party can openly express its concerns and points of view.

To complement the discussions, three company testimonials will be shared to examine real-world examples of how businesses are navigating the complexities of digitalisation.
