Digital work environments: Exploring results, tools and leadership strategies

As the landscape of work continues to evolve with the rise of , ensuring the wellbeing and safety of employees has become more critical than ever.

As part of the European Week for Safety and Health at Work, an upcoming webinar will shed light on the outcomes of labour inspections conducted by the Swedish Agency for Work Environment Expertise, which assessed the impact of on employees and identified potential risks in digital workspaces. The session will look at how these findings can be applied to improve working conditions and minimise risks associated with long-term remote and digital work setups.

Speakers will present a case study exploring the challenges faced by managers leading a completely remote team and how innovative strategies can be implemented to foster communication, productivity and team cohesion in a virtual workspace.

A selection of tools and support systems specifically designed to enhance worker wellbeing in the digital work environment will also be introduced.
