A closer look at the home office and remote work: Webinar in Norway

With now firmly established, many organisations continue to adjust to the demands of the home office. While it offers flexibility and convenience, it also brings specific challenges that can affect both the working environment and worker safety and health.

An upcoming webinar hosted by our focal point Arbeidstilsynet/The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority will bring these important issues into focus. Participants will receive insights into how organisations can apply the latest knowledge and best practice to support their workers, maintain a healthy working environment and meet the requirements set out in the Norwegian Home Office Regulations.

Topics will include practical measures to help prevent common issues associated with remote working, from physical strain and isolation to communication barriers and organisational disconnect. The discussion will also explore how to implement preventive strategies and create a supportive structure that functions not just in theory, but in everyday practice.
