The 8th European Conference on Standardisation, Testing and Certification in the field of OSH is a Europe-wide event organised by EUROSHNET, the European network of national OSH organisations.

The the new political and regulatory areas of EU action - as the European Green Deal, the AI refers to systems that display intelligent behaviour by analysing their environment and taking actions – with some degree of autonomy – to achieve specific goals. AI-based systems can be purely software-based, acting in the virtual world (e.g. voice assistants, image analysis software, search engines, speech and face recognition systems) or AI can be embedded in hardware devices (e.g. advanced robots, autonomous cars, drones or Internet of things applications). Act and the Cyber Resilience Act - will be the focus of the event. Stakeholders involved in OSH will discuss about the magnitude of these changes on OSH as well as on standardization, testing and certification.

EU-OSHA will contribute to the discussion by presenting the new Campaign 'Safe and healthy work in the digital age' and by providing insights about making European workplaces healthier, safer and more productive.
