Congress in Portugal examines safe work in the digital age

The fourth edition of the Vale do Ave Occupational Safety and Health Congress in Guimarães, Portugal, organised by our focal point Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho and Alto Ave Local Health Unit (ULSAAVE) explores the topic of safe and healthy work in digitalised environments.

Bringing together experts from occupational medicine, healthcare, engineering, research, public administration and public institutions, the event examines how technologies like artificial intelligence, automation and smart digital systems are changing the way workplaces address worker safety and wellbeing.

The congress promotes the exchange of good practices, the dissemination of European and national initiatives and the presentation of research projects and case studies.
