The final conference of the IWorCon project analysed the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital tools in improving working conditions in social services. Opportunities for occupational safety and health (OSH), such as reducing administrative burden and improving workers’ well-being, were discussed. But also risks, such as lack of transparency and ethical considerations.

This was the final event of this project which has been led by the Federation of European Social Employers, an official campaign partner of the EU-OSHA Healthy Workplaces campaign. They will continue to collaborate in these areas and plan to launch a new project in April 2025.
