Putting mental health at the heart of OSH in Luxembourg

As part of EU-OSHA’s ‘Together for mental health at work’ campaign, our Luxembourgish focal point Inspection du Travail et des Mines is organising a conference on the need to treat psychosocial risks as a key part of occupational safety and health (OSH).

After an introduction to the Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-28 and its main objectives and actions, experts present current initiatives in Luxembourg, including the National Mental Health Plan. They then turn to projects that focus on the prevention of addictions at work.

Representatives from Belgium also share their country’s experience on psychosocial risk prevention.

The event is aimed at business leaders, human resources and OSH professionals, occupational physicians and social partners, and encourages the exchange of knowledge and good practice.
