Exploring human-centred leadership in the age of artificial intelligence in Finland
The ‘Safe and healthy work in the digital age’ campaign is concluding in Finland with a webinar hosted by our focal point, Työterveyslaitos, during the European Week for Safety and Health.
The event focuses on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) at work, including how AI can be used to support people management and organisational decision-making in a responsible way that prioritises workers’ safety and health.
Through expert presentations, real-life workplace examples and a panel discussion, the webinar explores topics such as the challenges and benefits of algorithmic management, the use of AI in time planning and task management, as well as strategies to ensure that leadership remains human-centred.
The webinar is aimed at team leaders and supervisors, human resources professionals, occupational safety and health experts, and anyone else interested in the topic.
