Recognising that adapting isn't just about technology – it's about people – we are committed to fostering dialogue, sharing good practices, and highlighting measures the European cement sector is taking. With the rapid evolution of our workplaces, it's imperative to ensure our workforce is not only protected from emerging risks but also prepared with the right skills. We strive for a future where digitalisation in our industry is both progressive and safe, advocating for comprehensive solutions and collaborations at every step.
In the evolving landscape of the cement industry, where automation, digitalisation, and AI play pivotal roles, ensuring our workforce's health, safety, and skill enhancement becomes more critical than ever. As we delve deeper into the digital age, CEMBUREAU remains steadfast in its commitment to the health, safety, and well-being of our workers, the core pillars of our industry. That's why we're proud to stand as an Official Partner of the 'Safe and Healthy Work in the Digital Age 2023-25' campaign. We view this partnership not just as a commitment but as a collaborative journey with stakeholders across Europe. Let's harness the power of the digital age responsibly, ensuring every step forward is a step towards a safer and more skilled future for our workforce.
