Between the impacts of digitalisation on workers’ mental and physical health and the growing threat of climate-induced hazards in the workplace, the world of occupational safety & health is facing many new challenges it must urgently address. 

To foster knowledge-exchange and explore innovative strategies to face these new challenges head-on, the Cyprus Safety and Health Association (CYSHA) is organising CyOSH 2025, with the support of CERIDES - Excellence in Innovation and Technology, as well as of the Cypriot Department of Labour Inspection. The international conference will take place on the 26th of June 2025, at the European University Cyprus in Nicosia. 

This year, the focus will be “Occupational Safety & Health Challenges… The Way Forward”. Throughout the day, OSH scientists, academics and practitioners coming from established and renowned organisations, will present their knowledge and innovative methods, with an international audience composed of professionals and students interested in the future of OSH. 

Within three sessions centred on digitalisation & innovative approaches, occupational health, and the climate crisis, a wide range of topics will be discussed from leveraging AI for enhanced safety, to the impact of natural disasters on OSH practices. The second session will begin with an outlook on our next 26-28 HWC campaign “Together for Mental Health". In addition, there will be plenty of networking opportunities. 

CyOSH 2025 is part of the promotional activities of CYSHA, towards raising awareness on the impact of digitalisation on occupational safety and health, which support EU-OSHA’s ongoing Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2023-2025 on “Safe and Healthy Work in the Digital Age”.
