RHSaludable, a longstanding media partner of EU-OSHA, recently held a new edition of the Forum of Healthy Organisations (FORSA) at the Fundación Caja Rural de Granada. The event, titled ‘Anti-inflammatory Leadership: How to Reduce Stress in the Body and the Team’, brought together over 150 professionals dedicated to transforming leadership and organisational wellbeing.

The event featured the ASEPEYO Wellness Showroom, an interactive exhibition that showcased cutting-edge digital tools designed to support organisational health by integrating prevention and wellbeing into daily work routines. Technologies on display included virtual reality applications for psychosocial risk assessment, ergonomic exoskeletons to reduce physical strain, acoustic cameras to detect harmful noise, and drones for workplace monitoring, among others.

Keynote speeches and panel discussions highlighted the importance of leadership that listens, cares, and incorporates wellbeing into organisational culture. Speakers such as Pedro Díaz Ridao shared conscious leadership strategies that focus on attention management, gratitude, and recognition. Nutritionist and science communicator Elisa Escorihuela provided an integrative perspective on the connection between nutrition, inflammation, and decision-making under pressure - reinforcing the idea that leadership which cares for both body and mind contributes to healthier and more sustainable workplaces. Finally, from a scientific and applied perspective, Antonio Valenzuela and Noelia Romero, during their session METANOIA DEBO, underlined how healthy leadership affects not only team motivation but also physiology  - helping reduce markers of chronic stress.

Companies like COVIRAN, KCLINIK, PRIMAFLOR, LACTALIS PULEVA, SOLVAY, LABORATORIOS QUINTON, and FAMILIA MARTÍNEZ shared best practices  in healthy leadership and corporate responsibility, providing real-life examples of how wellbeing can be embedded into business strategies to foster cultures that nurture engagement and collective health.

The event, and particularly the showroom, strongly reflected the core messages of EU-OSHA’s Healthy Workplaces Campaign, demonstrating that investing in organisational health and embracing digital innovation are key to transforming workplaces into supportive environments where both people and organisations can thrive.
