About the topic

What can be done?

The campaign is raising awareness about psychosocial risks at work and their impact on people and organisations.

The aim is to promote prevention first, by encouraging risk assessments and good management practices, as well as highlight the importance of involving workers.

Furthermore, this campaign aims to show that psychosocial risks and physical risks are interlinked. The campaign therefore also advocates for a holistic approach to mental health at work, highlighting the importance of linking psychosocial risk management and the broader approach taken on occupational safety and health at the workplace.

Another priority of this campaign is to underscore sectors that are particularly vulnerable to psychosocial risks, such as the health and social care sector, and sectors in which these risks tend to be underestimated, like the construction and agriculture sector, for example.
