Tutela, EU-OSHA's media partner based in North Macedonia, has organised several events aimed at not only equipping experts with the latest insights on occupational safety and health (OSH) but also inspiring a culture of safety and health from a young age.

A professional training session has been held under the theme “From digitalisation of work processes to a safe and healthy working environment”. The event provided a platform for lively discussions with OSH practitioners on the challenges and opportunities posed by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), , and digital labour platforms. The session highlighted the shared responsibility of employers, safety professionals, and workers in adapting to technological changes while staying aligned with OSH standards.

Tutela has also celebrated the European Week for Safety and Health at Work by unveiling the sixth edition of its literary collection, born from the "OSH from a young age" competition. The book, a compilation of poems and short stories, featured the creative works of schoolchildren from grades 1 to 9, offering fresh perspectives on workplace safety.

The launch event gathered representatives from the National Focal Point - The Ministry of Labour and Social Politics (MoLSP), local municipality, as well as young authors, their families, and mentors. It highlighted the critical role of nurturing OSH values in the next generation, with speakers praising the initiative for its authentic approach to building a strong safety culture. The ongoing Healthy Workplaces Campaign (HWC) 2023-25 'Safe and healthy work in the digital age' was also emphasised at the event. The gathering culminated with several young writers reading their works aloud and delivering poignant messages about the importance of safety and health in everyday life.
